Automations overview

An automation sends messages automatically: no manual work every time. For example, welcome a new customer the moment they sign up, or send a reminder when an order is placed.

When to use automations

Section titled “When to use automations”
  • Send a welcome message when someone subscribes.
  • Send an order confirmation or delivery update.
  • Send a birthday message on a schedule.

What you can do

  • Create an automation: choose a trigger and a message.
  • Track automation messages under Automations → Messages.
