Ledger
The ledger is a detailed log of every movement on your balance: every top-up, every charge and every refund.
What you can see
Section titled “What you can see”Open Billing → Ledger to review:
- Date and time of each movement.
- Amount: positive for credits, negative for charges.
- Reason: what it was for (a campaign, a top-up, a refund and so on).
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- Reconcile your spending against invoices.
- Investigate unexpected charges.
- Confirm refunds for failed messages.
