API keys

API keys let applications and integrations talk to Platform5 on your behalf. They’re a developer feature: you can create them here, and your developer will know how to use them.

Create an API key

Open API Keys in the navigation bar.
Click Create Key.
Give it a name so you know what it’s for.
Save, and copy the key immediately. It’s shown only once.

Keep your keys safe

Treat API keys like passwords: never share or post them.
Delete keys you no longer use from API Keys.
