Suppressions are phone numbers (or emails) that should never receive messages from you, usually because the person opted out.
Why suppressions matter
Section titled “Why suppressions matter”- Staying on the right side of messaging rules and carrier guidelines.
- Keeping your reputation high so messages get delivered.
- Respecting people’s choices, always.
Add a suppression
Section titled “Add a suppression”- Open Suppressions → Add Suppression.
- Enter the phone number (or email).
- Save.
That number will be excluded from all future campaigns and automations automatically.
Manage suppressions
Section titled “Manage suppressions”Open Suppressions → Suppression List to review and, if you need to, remove an entry so the person can be contacted again.
