Contact groups

Groups let you bundle related contacts, for example “Loyal customers” or “Newsletter signups”. Send a campaign to the whole group at once.

Create a group

1. Open Contacts → Contact Groups.
2. Click Create Group.
3. Give it a name.
4. Add contacts from your list.

Add contacts to a group

You can add contacts when you create the group, or later by opening the group and adding more. A contact can belong to more than one group.

Use a group in a campaign

When you create a campaign, choose Send to a group and pick the group as your audience. See Create a campaign.
