Templates
This content is not available in your language yet.
Templates are messages you save so you don’t rewrite the same text every time. They also help with review and approval for regulated channels.
Save a template
Section titled “Save a template”- Open Campaigns → Templates.
- Click New Template.
- Write your message and give it a name.
- Save.
Use a template
Section titled “Use a template”When creating a campaign, choose a template as a starting point and adjust the details if you need to.
Manage templates
Section titled “Manage templates”- Edit: open a template to change the text.
- Delete: remove templates you no longer use.
