Apply for a Sender ID

Before sending messages to real recipients, your Sender ID must be approved.

Submit an application

1. Open Sender IDs → Applications.
2. Click Apply.
3. Enter the Sender ID name (letters and numbers, no spaces, e.g. MYBRAND).
4. Tell us what you’ll use it for, and confirm your organization’s business details are up to date.

What happens next

• Our team reviews your application, usually within a short time.
• You’ll see the status in Sender IDs → Applications.
• Once approved, your Sender ID is ready to use in campaigns.
