Organizations overview

An organization is a workspace in Platform5 that holds everything you do: contacts, campaigns, Sender IDs, billing and more. Everyone in the organization works on the same data.

Why organizations matter

• Sharing: invite your team so everyone sees the same contacts and campaigns.
• Separation: run more than one company? Give each one its own organization.
• Billing: each organization has its own prepaid balance.
