Dashboard overview

Once you sign in, you land on the dashboard: your home base. The bar on the left is where you navigate everything.
The navigation bar
Section titled “The navigation bar”Each icon opens a different part of the platform:

| Overview | See a summary of your account and recent activity |
| Organizations | Switch workspaces or create a new one |
| Contacts | Manage the people you message |
| Campaigns | Send and track bulk messages |
| Automations | Set up messages that send themselves |
| Sender IDs | Manage the names your messages appear from |
| Airtime | Buy airtime for phone numbers |
| Data Bundles | Buy data bundles for phone numbers |
| Suppressions | Manage people who have opted out |
| Surveys | Build and share surveys |
| Try the WhatsApp playground | |
| Settings | Your profile, security and preferences |
| API Keys | Access keys for developers |
You may not see every section; some only appear depending on your role or the features enabled for your organization.
Your profile
Section titled “Your profile”The bottom of the navigation bar shows your profile. Click it to sign out or jump into Settings.
Getting around
Section titled “Getting around”- Use the search bar at the top to find anything on this help site.
- Click Open app in the top-right to go back to the dashboard at any time.
