Account & billing

How do I top up my balance? Open Billing → Balance & top-ups and pay with M-Pesa. See Balance & top-ups.
Do I pay for messages that don’t get delivered? No. Failed messages are credited back to your balance automatically.
What currency are prices in? Kenya Shillings (KES).
Contacts & messaging

What is a Sender ID and how do I get one? It’s the name your messages appear from. Apply under Sender IDs → Applications. See Apply for a Sender ID.
How do I send a message to many people? Create a campaign. See Create a campaign.
Can I schedule a send for later? Yes, campaigns can be scheduled when you create them.
What number format should I use?
International format, e.g. +254712345678.
